Since December, 1849, the date in which the Victor Montes Restaurant was built, we have been visited by a variety of celebrities that have given us the honour of enjoying some of the house’s most delicious specialities with us.
Throughout our long history we have been able to share tables with film stars, painters, people from theatre, politics…and our greatest honour is that they have always come back whenever returning to Bilbao.
In the Victor Montes Restaurant´s Txoko, Bilbao´s Guggenheim project was signed, and in one of its walls, written in marker, the date and event recall the event.
